Biography
Momen M. Wahidi, MD, MBA, is the Director of Interventional Pulmonology and Bronchoscopy at Duke University Medical Center and an Associate Professor of Medicine with Tenure at Duke University School of Medicine. He is also the Chief Medical Officer of the Patient Revenue Management organization at Duke University Health System.
Dr. Wahidi is a recognized expert in interventional pulmonology; he has lectured at over 100 national and international meetings and published over 90 publications in peer-reviewed professional journals. He received the 2011 McLennan Award for Achievements in Interventional Pulmonology granted by the American Association of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology. He also received the Pasqual Ciaglia Honor Lecture in Interventional Medicine from The American College of Chest Physicians in 2014. Dr. Wahidi is the immediate past president of the American Association of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology.
