Biography
Marcie currently is Vice President of Clinical Development for Regeneron. She oversees the clinical development of the Respiratory and Inflammation portfolio which includes development of dupilumab across multiple type 2 inflammatory diseases. She has over 15 years of drug development experience across all stages of development from phase 0 through phase 4 studies and across multiple therapeutic modalities including small molecules, antibodies and RNAi. She spent 9 years at Merck Research labs in early clinical development where she oversaw programs across multiple therapeutic areas including inflammation, respiratory, muscle and metabolism. She also has rare disease clinical development experience and worked for Alynylam, a premier RNAi biotechnology company. Prior to industry, Marcie was the director of the adult cystic fibrosis center at Massachusetts General Hospital. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Princeton University, MD/MA from Washington University in St. Louis and completed her pulmonary critical care fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
