Chau Khuong

Chau Quang Khuong is Partner in the Private Equity group at OrbiMed Advisors, a global healthcare-dedicated investment firm with approximately $15 billion in assets under management.

During his investment career, Mr. Khuong has been actively involved in innovative drug development and medical device enterprises across all stages and therapeutic areas including respiratory, oncology, infectious diseases, and ophthalmology.

He currently serves as a Board director of numerous public and private companies, including Aerpio Therapeutics, Inc., Cerapedics, Graybug, Inspire Medical Systems, Nabriva (NASDAQ: NBVR), NextCure, Pieris Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: PIRS), ReViral Ltd, and Synlogic.

He holds a B.S. in molecular, cellular and developmental biology with a concentration in biotechnology and an MPH with a concentration in infectious diseases, both from Yale University.
